Lotte Hotels & Resorts, South Korea’s largest premium hotel group with 37+ global branches, was facing a performance dip in its campaigns in one specific region. Their properties in Vladivostok, St. Petersburg, and Moscow were seeing a decline in ROAS, and the brand needed a strategic reset to drive more bookings from local travelers.

Solution
In July 2024, PlayD implemented Yango Ads Analytics on Lotte’s website, and linked it with Yango Ads Campaigns to run high-performing ads. They grouped the Search Ads campaigns using a Portfolio Strategy, and optimized the overall budget with the Maximum Conversions Strategy. This led to more conversions.
Results
In a little over a month, Lotte Hotel St. Petersburg’s ad performance showed a reduction in user bounce rate, and an increase in average page session time. Also, its CTR grew by 10.22%, while its ROAS grew by 30.28%.
