At TeamOne Global, we made a bold decision to self-publish. This move was driven by our desire to become more independent.

But even though we’re stepping into self-publishing, ABI, Falcon, and AdOne are still our trusted partners — they've been with us from the beginning, and they’ll continue to be with us in the future.

This move to self-publish marked a major shift for us. We’ve already seen success with games like One M1 World, and One M2 World — all at the top of the international market. But with this freedom came a new challenge: managing monetization ourselves.

What was slowing TeamOne Global down?

Once we decided to self-publish, managing all the networks, running A/B tests, and optimizing eCPM took up all our time. We were spending more time working on ads than actually building games. With only 20 people on the team, we were stretched thin, and the constant juggling of networks and testing was holding us back.

Why couldn’t you keep doing it manually?

We aim to be one of the top game development studios in the next 5 years. But with a small team and all the manual work, we just couldn’t keep up. We needed a way to automate everything so we could focus on what really matters — making great games.
